During lockdown, South African consumers have at times been unable to purchase alcohol. Although the restrictions have since lessened, there are still a lot of rules surrounding when, where and how you are allowed to purchase and consume alcoholic beverages. Fortunately, I only have a glass of wine or cocktail on occasion, when I’m out for dinner, socialising or of course, going on a winetasting experience.
